Shipping
Corm and/or wet stick only shipping
For orders containing only corms and/or wet sticks, you have the option to choose stamped mailing shipping via Canada Post at a cost of only $5. No tracking is provided. Orders will dropped off at the postal office Mondays-Fridays.
It will arrive between 3-9 business days. For remote areas, allow up to 13 business days.
You can also choose to upgrade the shipping to Purolator Express at a calculated rate cost.
Please ensure your local temperatures (above 5°C) are at a suitable range for this option.
Which shipping service do you use?
For corm and/or wet stick only orders, you have the option to choose stamped mailing shipping. Please see above tab for more information.
All other orders will be shipped with Purolator Express Shipping. This means delivery is guaranteed by the end of the next business day to most destinations. Rural areas may take additional business days.
You can keep track of your order with the tracking ID provided.
Where do you ship?
We ship Canada-wide!
We do not accept any orders outside of Canada.
Why has my order not shipped?
It will take us up to 1-5 business days to process your orders.
For corm and/or wet stick only orders, we ship Mondays-Fridays.
For express shipping orders, we only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays in the case that if any shipping delays were to occur, it would arrive before the end of the week. Occasionally, we may ship your order on a Wednesday if you are local.
This shipping policy prevents an overstay at the postal office on the weekends. This also ensures the plant stays in the packaging for as little time as possible and arrives healthy!
Do you do winter shipping?
Yes I do! Heat packs & insulation are optional at additional cost for the Purolator Express Shipping option. During negative temperatures, it is highly recommended to include a heat pack & insulation to your order. Please ensure you add this to your cart to have this included.
Please note, this does not guarantee your plants will not have weather-related damage but it will mitigate any risks associated with shipping in the winter. Please ensure you check your local weather and contact us if you have any concerns regarding this.
Any risks associated with winter shipping are accepted by the buyer.
Shipping policy
Due to the nature of our products, any shipping risks associated with buying our plants are terms accepted by the buyer.
Once your order is dropped off for shipping, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. Shipping delays and any travel/transplant shock experienced by the plant is out of our control. No refunds, replacements or exchanges.
We do however, package our plants with much care and consideration to ensure it can arrive to you in its best possible condition.
