Can I pick up my order?
Of course! If you are local, you are more than welcome to choose to pick up your order. Please select that option during check-out.
It will take us 1-5 business days to process your order. Once you receive a confirmation email that is ready for pick up, we will confirm a date and time via email.
Are the plants pet-friendly?
No - they are toxic to pets when ingested. Please take the proper cautions when buying our plants and ensure they are out of reach from any small children or pets.
Pest Prevention
Please do not fret if you see any tiny bugs in our orders. We frequently use beneficial insects for pest prevention. They do not harm the plants. They are happy little helpers that fight against the bad bugs!
Please be cautious around pets as they are not edible or pet-friendly.
Do you do returns/refunds/replacements?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of our products, any risks associated with buying our plants are terms accepted by the buyer. All plants are sold as is.
Once your order is dropped off for shipping, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. Shipping delays and any travel/transplant shock experienced by the plant is out of our control.
We do however, package our plants with much care and consideration to ensure it can arrive to you in its best possible condition.
Do you still sell on Etsy?
Currently, no. We had an unfortunate incident of having our account mistakenly suspended and are working on a solution to reinstate the account. Once our Etsy storefront is reinstated, we will an update on this page.
